On Thursday, I got busy and forgot to put one of my frozen meals in the crock pot before I left for the afternoon. So when I got home at 4, and didn't have anything to eat ... I decided on a HG Skillet meal.
All I needed was about a pound of chicken and a can of cream of chicken soup. I cut up my chicken and put it in the skillet with water and the mix and cooked it (covered) in the skillet for 20 minutes. Then I added the cream of chicken soup and cooked for another 10 minutes (uncovered) - then it was ready to eat! I made some steamed veggies to go with it. In 30 minutes - we went from having nothing to eat to having a meal on the table! LOVE IT!
