Gourmet and Gifts

I started selling Homemade Gourmet in May of '09. A friend of mine called in April and started telling me about the company and told me to just think about it and pray about it. At first, I didn't want to even consider the option because I am not a sales person and I know how most people get frustrated with sales people ... I didn't want people to be frustrated with me. But, the more I found out about the company, and the more my husband and I prayed about it, I felt like this was something I was supposed to do. So, before I even tried any of the products, I signed up to sell Homemade Gourmet. I've been nothing but pleased since I joined the company! Not only is the food fabulous, but it's made dinner preparation so much easier, and I've saved money at the grocery store!

About 6 years ago, I found out about stamping. Since then, I have spent lots of time and money on stamping products and scrapbooks. I am not much of a creative person, but I love being able to stamp and scrap and be a little creative! I have made many scrapbooks for myself and some for gifts. I've made decorative tiles and personalized picture frames. Every time I make something for someone - they tell me I need to sell my things. I use mostly Stampin' Up products, but I also use a lot from Hobby Lobby.

So ... what is Strange Gourmet and Gifts all about?

I want this to be a place where I share about Homemade Gourmet: recipes, menus, specials, etc. If you have questions concering Homemade Gourmet, or meal planning, I would love to help.

I also am going to make some of my "gifts" available to purchase. I will post pictures of albums, tiles, and frames. All gifts can be customized unless otherwise noted.

I'm excited about the possibilities!
