Family Day: A Day to Eat Dinner with Your Family™ is Sept. 27 this year.

National Center on Addictions and Substance Abuse (CASA) started this national day years ago after studies they conducted proved the more families eat dinner together, the less likely the children are to smoke, drink or use drugs.
