It was so good, and so easy to make!
Parmigiana Chicken:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 T Homemade Gourmet Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf seasoning
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 egg (beaten) (or substitute milk like I did)
1 c Homemade Gourmet Homestyle Spaghetti Sauce, prepared
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
6 oz spaghetti (cooked)
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Mix HG Italian Mozzarella Meatloaf seasoning and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl and set aside. Beat egg in another bowl (or pour in milk). Dip chicken in egg or milk, then dip in seasoning mixture to coat.
- Place in greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with 1/4 c prepared spaghetti sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake an addition 3-5 minutes (until mozzarella is melted).
- Serve over spaghetti and remaining sauce.
